Our hosted runs are welcome to people of all ages and abilities. We support a wide range of paces from Boston Marathon Qualifiers to those building on their first 5K. If you’re looking to join us for the first time, while all runs are open, we recommend the Saturday run!

Our slow and steady group, affectionately known as the Back of the Packers, makes sure no Strider is left behind! However, most of our members are able to run a 5km in less than 40 minutes. If you feel that pace is not a fit for you, we encourage you to start with our partners over at Marlborough Lion’s Club Couch to 5K.
