While some have already executed fall races, many of you still have goal races for the fall coming up or will be starting to plan for Turkey trots/December races. NOTE: A lot of this can be practiced during training as a part of big workouts/long runs!
See the images below for guidance on planning for both the lead up to your race and executing a plan on race day itself. This will take some reflecting on what causes you stress ahead of races and focusing on controlling the controllables (and not on things we can’t control!).
